theeohiostate Posted October 15, 2010 Share Posted October 15, 2010 Pierre Thomas revealed Friday that the original recovery timetable for his left ankle sprain was 4-6 weeks.Sunday will mark his third missed game. 4-6 week ankle injuries are high ankle sprains, despite coach Sean Payton's denials that Thomas had one. "I'm a little frustrated, but hey, it's coming along," said Thomas, adding the ankle is "starting to look like a normal ankle again." It appears fantasy owners should brace for Thomas to sit out Week 7 as well. Looks like it may be another 2 weeks before he's playing again.
