Furd
crossing my fingers that it was just a cramp Yes. Some Midol should take care of that.
theeohiostate
According to the Broncos' official Twitter page, Knowshon Moreno "should be fine" for Week 8 despite a minor right hamstring injury in Wednesday's practice.Moreno injured the same hamstring he's had problems with, but it evidently isn't a threat to keep him out this weekend. He'll go up against the 49ers and their 14th-ranked rush defense in London.
Company of Heroes
Really this is just starting to get a little nuts. On one team I have Moreno, PThomas, and MBush (& Foster). Two of the three have been out consistently most of the season. The other league I have Addai and MBush. It has been working OK week to week but more healthy options would be greatly appreciated. Not to mention when players are dinged they are very difficult to trade, so I've really had my hands tied.
Grimm74
I love Moreno from a team usage perspective and It looks like he will play Sunday. IF BIG IF he can stay healthy he is going to put up very significant numbers. He is the only one running the ball and he is big in the passing game. That is about as good as it gets for a fantasy RB. I have him in two leagues so this might be the beer talking but Denver is intent on making him the absolute focus of their offense... I think Moreno will be one of those late season guys that helps push fantasy owners to a championship...
JUMbotron
Yeah he's definitely grabbing something here in this photo from the Denver Post. I think Moreno needs a reset-the-whole-season button, after tearing the other hammy in camp. It's not the way to begin in August.
kingfish247
I think this whole report is just wrong. Well, not wrong...I don't doubt that Moreno spoke to a trainer and/or touched his hamstring...but I doubt it means he reinjured anything or anything even happened. http://broncotalk.net/2010/10/18951/bronco...says-mcdaniels/Fear not, head coach Josh McDaniels told reporters Thursday. “He’ll be fine.” McDaniels said the sight of players talking to trainers phases him less than it used to. “I’m kind of immune to it now,” McDaniels said. “If there’s an issue we take care of it and if there’s something bothering somebody we try to make sure we do the smart thing.” Moreno was not listed on either the Wednesday or Thursday injury report — had his hamstring limited his practice reps at all, he would have had to be have been listed as “limited.” Expect the healthy Broncos’ starter to get a healthy dose of running back reps Sunday. So he's still practicing. And appeared to touch his hamstring. While talking to the trainer. What's the big deal here?
Grimm74
+1 Four possibilities: 1. pulled hamstring. 2. just talking about the hamstring with trainer 3. equipment issues 4. McD said, "hey, KM, go touch your hamstring so we can confound San Fran" 5. He just sharted.

I went WR early and so far haven't regretted it. I have Ray Rice/Roddy/Nicks in one league and Wayne/Austin/Nicks in the other... People hate on Addai, but he is solid more often than not.
