BeerLeagueQB
Brown hasn't practiced in 3 weeks? It doesn't look like he'll be playing this week. What if Hart starts and has a big game against Houston? Will they possibly play him going forward? It doesn't look like Addai is returning anytime soon, and Brown isn't getting healthy. What do you guys think?
MTSuper7
It would be shortsighted to drop Donald Brown no matter how Mike Hart plays against Houston.
theeohiostate
ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Joseph Addai (shoulder) will almost certainly miss Monday night's game, but Donald Brown (hamstring) is likely to play against the Texans.Brown missed Thursday's practice, but the Colts have an extra day this week. Those hoping for clarity lose out, as Brown will likely split touches with Mike Hart. Both backs are going to be relegated to flex status as opposed to legit RB2 options. Coach Jim Caldwell is calling Addai "day-to-day," but it sounds more realistically like "week-to-week." Hart is a risky start along with Brown
CaptainHook
Running backs Joseph Addai and Donald Brown did not practice Thursday for the Colts. Addai is nursing a shoulder injury sustained in Week 5 against the Kansas City Chiefs. He probably won't play when the Colts host the Houston Texans on Monday night, sources told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter. Brown, who has not played since Sept. 26 against the Broncos because of a hamstring injury, is close to returning, sources told Schefter. from espn.com
brg88tx
i think addai will be back next week anyway.
klambert
Plus if Addai is out, the Colts would run the ball even less than they already do.
Puddy
Plus if Addai is out, the Colts would run the ball even less than they already do. That would probably be true if they weren't also missing Clark and Collie. Maybe the sky truly is falling in Indy
budlitebrad
Hart will get the start, per Roto. Brown is active.

What do you guys think? Brown would get the most carries IMO if both he and Hart were 100%, and if Addai wasn't starting. BeeR
Hart should be the starter regardless of any RB's health on this team. At the VERY least he should be in a 1a/1b thing with Addai. He is easily a better runner than the other 2. Yeah I know there are other considerations, but IMO he gives them the most legit running threat they have had since EJ and he's the first Colt RB I have seen consistently able to break tackles since before many of you were born. Mike Hart's been with the Colts since 1969? Wow, he looks really good for an old timer.

CaptainHook
According to reports, Hart did not practice or meet with the media today. No report on his ankle as of yet. It looks like Donald Brown will get the start in Philly. Edited November 3, 2010 by CaptainHook

On one team, I have Addai, Brown, and Hart and it appears I may not be able to start any of them with any confidence this weekend
