Without Moss thus far, the guy has been a ghost (not that he was setting the world on fire WITH him). Probably still OK in PPR, but in straight yards & TD's leagues I am guessing he is pretty much a WW guy at this point. Would you rather have someone like Welker going the rest of the year or guys like Steve Johnson, Dez Bryant, & Jordan Shipley (picking some popular WW guys).
