That wouldn't fire the GM and HC of a team performing like Dallas - other than Jerry Jones is there another.

Nobody cares that Jerry was part of putting together a monster team in the 90's. What we care about is what have you done in the decade since. How can this man look himself in the mirror and say that he is getting the job done?

Welcome aboard Steve Mariucci he is the only available FIT to the team that I see out there

Can't go with many others because they will just butt heads with JJ

And others that won't butt heads will be complete puppets but Steve is kind of in the middle

Thoughts ???

Jerry's just sandbagging to get AJ Green #1 overall next year... because, you know, they need another receiver...

Jones should have dealt Barber when he could get more than a box of practice spamshirts in return. Too late. Poor Tashard Choice in all of this. That guy should be the #1 back, not the arsclowns Jerry & Wade are trotting out every week.

Is Alex Barron still on their roster too? At least Spags admitted the trade was a bust and cut our end of the deal by the time 53 man rosters were set. I was all Kool-Aid on Carpenter until he actually got in game action here. Somewhere, a mule is being rented (and last I saw he went to Miami)...

William Clay Ford has done this for years with the Lions. Now his sons do it for him I think. No need to make waves when the tickets are selling........

+1

The difference is that the Cowboys have a winning tradition, whereas the Lions have a laundry list of failures (Scott Mitchell, Morninhweg taking the wind in OT and losing, Charles Rogers, etc.) - Matt Millen lasted years too long. But Detroit has been so hungry for a winner that the tickets continue to sell despite the team's failures. For the first time in I don't know how long (forever?), the Lions and Cowboys are headed in opposite directions, and it's actually good news for Lions fans.
