BeerLeagueQB
I hate when you contemplate picking up a guy but don't.... oh well at least I picked up Blount before everyone in my league last week.

Chief Dick
i picked him up and started him. I posted as such about 2 weeks ago Peyton Manning throwing to his tight end IS pretty earth shattering.

Ursa Majoris
Started him in 2 leagues. He may just save my ass in one of them. If he does, I will immediately claim to be a better coach than Brad Childress.
Grits and Shins
Dropped Mercedes Lewis to pick up and start Tamme while Brent Celek was on a bye. Was hopeful that Tamme would become my starting TE from here on out

I picked him up after reading a bunch of good things about him on this site and watching a the few highlights of him on youtube. He looks very good and the TE position is getting thinner and thinner as we speak.
CowboysDiehard
Picked him up as a replacement for Finley in two leagues, started in both. Also, I benched Anthony Gonzalez at the last minute, and started BJGE at flex in his place. For once, I'm a FRICKIN GENIUS! Wade Phillips, eat your heart out (wait...don't take that literally Wade...)
STL Fan
At halftime he still has three catches on four targets and of course the TD. Are we still excited?
theeohiostate
Who started this guy, looks like he will be Paytons guy Yes, He is Peyton guy. Forget about Wayne , Garcon and Collie. TAMME is the new man in INDY !!!!
MTSuper7
At halftime he still has three catches on four targets and of course the TD. Are we still excited? Yes. He was a waiver wire add in the middle of the season that can actually fill a hole for those of us with garbage at TD or injury. ETA: Tamme is Indy's leading receiver through 2 1/2 quarters. Akfatha
lets keep this in perspective here: it was against the worst D in the nfl. Edited November 2, 2010 by Akfatha
Turf Smurf
Who started this guy, looks like he will be Paytons guy Stole him from underneath the Clark owner. Didn't start him because I hadn't seen him before. Sure seems viable going forward. My wife Tammy hates his name. Had her saying WHAT! for almost 4 hours... Akfatha
Indy always throws to their TEs ... no matter the D. i think everyone in the nfl throws to their TEs, but you cant discount houston's D having any type of effect. dallas clark is the type of player who can create a mismatch with just about any team in the nfl; jacob tamme is not. him having a good game vs Houston doesn't make him comparable to dallas clark. how will tamme do when he faces a much tougher d? he will probably have much less impact than clark. to say just because indy throws to their TEs that tamme will be successful isnt quite as accurate as you may hope. Again I'm going to disagree. The reason the TE in Indy is so successful is because of ALL of the other weapons at Manning's (Wayne, Garcon, Collie, Gonzalez, Addai/Brown all catch passes) disposal AND because Indy doesn't keep the TE in to block very much. I don't think anybody is saying that Tamme = Clark, but Tamme got enough targets to make him worthy of starting ESPECIALLY when you consider how many TEs are hurting right now.
