Jimmy Neutron
The mention of several hot sauces from the 'slaw thread got me wondering - what are your favorite branded hot sauces? Loves me some Franks for wings, Arizona Gunslinger in general and Mike & Diane's Ring of Fire Hananero... tons more later...
Kid Cid
There are always three hot sauces in the house: Tabasco, Frank's, and Rooster Brand Sriracha. Then there is always several others around just for kicks. Right now they include Melinda's, Melinda's XXX, and Scorned Woman. All of them have a high flavor component to go along with the heat. lkirc
I keep a bottle of Dave's Insanity Sauce around for drunks who think they can handle "any hot sauce". It is also good in chili in supreme moderation....

Seattle LawDawg
I'm a fan of many of those already mentioned. One of my favorites though: Inner Beauty at the East Coast Grill in Cambridge. I know they stopped bottling it for awhile, but I've heard that it's back!
SEC=UGA
Not really a hot sauce (The one's mentioned are what I use) but there is a sauce out there called pick a peppa, awesome for dipping grilled or baked pork. Not bad for chicken ad steak, I really like it with an eye round roast, as well. Edited November 5, 2010 by SEC=UGA

Perchoutofwater
I like Tabasco, Tabasco Chipolte, Crystal, Louisiana, and Cholula, but my all time favorite is Cafe Louisiane Hotter'n Hell Sauce. It really isn't all that hot, but has a wonderful flavor.
policyvote
I dig Frank's, Cholula, & Sriracha as well. Lately I've been finding I can use El Yucateca Chiptole to add kick and smoke to lots of stuff. Peace policy
