Grits and Shins
< Hello Blitz > I am embarrassed at just how horrible this team is right now. This is the WORST Cowboy team I have seen EVER. Sure I remember Aikman's 1-15 team ... but we all knew that team was in rebuilding mode. This team has no coaching, no discipline and absolutely no heart - and they are definitely not in rebuilding mode. Buffalo hasn't won a game all year but you can see they have a ton of heart. The Cowboys are failing in EVERY phase of the game (coaching, offense, defense, special teams, in game adjustments, game plans, EVERYTHING) ... and I don't care how much the ball is moved up and down the field the whole point is to put points on the board. How can ANYBODY have ever believed that Wade was worth a manure. This team has given up and doughboy's response is to stand on the sideline and look befuddled. In his pressers doughboy has said he doesn't know what to do or he'd have done it. I've heard over and over that the players have to execute ... but it is up to the coaches to develop game plans, adjustments and to get the most of their players. And I don't see it getting any better as long as Jerry remains the GM. The Grudens and Cowhers aren't going to work for JJ. The next head coach of the Cowboys won't be named Wade Phillips but he might as well be because he will be just another yes man for Jerry. It is time for the fans to stop going to the games to send Jerry a message. Enough empty seats at Jerry World and maybe he gets a clue. MTSuper7
It's obvious they don't want to play for Wade. A good head coach is a guy you want to play your ass for, and whom you respect. With any luck, Jerry Jones can find someone to fill that void after this season. On a fantasy note, the next five weeks are: Giants, Lions, Saints, Colts and Eagles. They could give up 40 more than once in that span. This is as colossal a failure as I've ever seen in the NFL. It's almost as if they never got over the week 1 last second loss to Washington. And that is definitely a coaching issue..

rocknrobn26
Sayin your Bllitz and a Cowboy Fan is redundant. Stop that! Feel your pain. Did not see the game but the score says it all. With all the talent they have I'll ask the obvious...WHAT'S The Problem?

Cowboyz1
With all the talent they have I'll ask the obvious...WHAT'S The Problem? Wrong, this team is NOT that talented. Talented teams don't get beat to death like this. What we thought was talent was a just a mere flash of competence.

General Itals
The play that sealed it for me last night is when Ware rushed up field and Rodgers snuck through the gap it created for 20 yards. All Ware did was turn and chase him at half speed. Unacceptable.

whomper
My view of Dallas has changed from looking for any answers this year to looking at this as we are in rebuilding mode. I sure didnt think that before the season started but after 4-5 games I realized that this team isnt capable of anything. If you look at it that way we are in decent shape in the skill positions. WR is pretty set . RB is decent but not as good as I thought we were and QB is good. The team needs an overhaul which obviously starts with the coaching staff and Jerry. If Jerry does what he did when he hired Parcells we have a shot. If he hires a puppet we are in the mire for many years to come. Cowboy haters should enjoy this year tremendously. I would if this was happening to a team I hated. What kills me more than the losses is the lack of heart and pride. Every week they get the shit beat out of them and they just dont care. Its heartless, gutless and embarrasing and they all should be ashamed of themselves. The threads each week are redundant. IMO we are seeing absolute Rock Bottom , worse than I have seen almost any team in my entire life of watching football, hit rock bottom. Its all going to come down to Jerry and the new staff. Id take notes if I were the new people coming in. Id take notes on the guys that have absolutely quit on this team. We will have a great draft pick and fresh staff next year. Its back to the drawing board.
Jimmy Neutron
I for one am grateful for the year the Cowboys are having. It's made being a Denver fan a little more tolerable this season.
skylive5
IMO we are seeing absolute Rock Bottom , ............... Don't think so. It is possible to be much worse and all things point that way. You have people on your D with big time character issues and I don't think one person associated with that team has any respect whatsoever for Wade. No one on God's green earth dislikes dallas more than I. However, last night was such an embarrassment that I actually felt queasy. Wonder if one is allowed to fire everybody and field a whole new squad from waterboy on up in the middle of a season?
Hugh 0ne
No belief. Poor character. Yep, and poor coaching magnifies this.

The lack of heart, effort and pride wasn't just embarrassing to Dallas, it was embarrassing to football itself. I agree with Sky - I loathe Dallas but there was no real pleasure in watching a defeat like this. The Packers could easily have run up 60 points but chose not to. Jerrah shouldn't think simply firing Wade is the answer. Half that team should get pink slips.
Randall
I can't even hate this team anymore they are playing so poorly. Poor Cowboys fans. You looked forward to(perhaps) playing the big game at home and this is what you get.

montster
I don't see them hiring a big-name coach. The head coach of the Cowboys is one of the most scrutinized, spotlight-heavy jobs in sports. If you're a Super Bowl-winning coach like Cowher or Gruden, what would be the point in coaching the Cowboys? This team won the division last year and its first playoff game since 1996, so there's talent there. A big-name coach would be expected to start winning on Day 1, and anything less than the Super Bowl would be a failure. Who would want that? Throw Jerry into the mix, and I'd have to think that any coach with an established successful track record would be committing career suicide by agreeing to coach the Cowboys.
