Gambling question

Not a huge gambler other than pools, etc., but was debating this with a friend and just looking for the answer.

Can their be a tie on a game that's part of the parlay?

So if you have Giants -3 and it lands on 3 and say you win the other two games what happens as part of a 3 game parlay?

Or do they change all the lines to 1/2 point, but that doesn't seem to make sense either.

In most books, the the 3-game parlay becomes a two-game parlay if one of the games pushes (and thus you get paid odds on the two-gamer).

However, some local/non-legal bookies require all games be winners, or you lose the parlay.

Should be in the rules of the site you wager.

Vegas will pay out for the games you get right (without a loss of course). So like the previous post said, a 4 game parlay with 3 correct and 1 push, you'd get paid at the payout for a 3 game win instead.

I run a parlay pool at the office. For our specific rules, somebody wins all 4, or the money rolls to the next week. We have to get 4 out of 4 right, and a push basically counts as a loss. There's probably slightly different rules in different places/games/bookies I would guess.
