Flex Question...WR or RB...?

The flex position is usually, and I say usually, geared around the RB and WR positions in FF....So, who do you tend to play, seeming, two players, 1 a WR, and 1 a RB, with similar averages?

I play the RB, they would tend to get atleast 15-20 touches.....wheras a WR may only get 6-8 on a good night..

What's everyone's take on this..?

Most of the leagues I play in are larger leagues 14 teams or more.

So at flex you play anyone with a heartbeat ,, given a choice though I'm gonna start a RB

preferably a RB in a RBBC which I'm also starting his side kick.

Such are Ronnie & Ricky or Bradshaw & Jacobs or Rice & McGahee

Obviously you select the player you think will score the most points given matchups. However in a PPR I usually prefer a WR3 over a RB3.

RB3 - 12 to 15 touches for 60 yards equals 6 points with a TD every 3rd game

WR3 - 4 receptions for 60 yards equals 10 points with a TD every 3rd game.

This. If you;re looking at similar averages, I lean the RB in a non-PPR as it is usually a steadier rate of production, if it is a PPR, almost always the WR.
