Toejam
Hey all! What happened to Barry Cofield?! He'shas been playing really solid this year up until the bye week in week 8. Week 9 he didn't show up and now it shows that he has a bye week 10 as well! Was he traded?! I can't find any information about him ANYWHERE! While he's not an "elite" player he was VERY consistent early in the year and I like consistency. If the reports are right and he DID have ANOTHER bye week 10 he had to have been traded to the Saints/Raiders/Chargers or the Pack and I've heard nothing! Does anyone know anything? Thanks! Toejam He was NOT traded and still plays for the Gmen...for the season Cofield has played in ~78% of the Gmen's defensive snaps...in week 9 and 10 when he put up goose eggs he played in ~78% of their defensive snaps....in week 9 the Gmen won 41-3 and the Hawks only ran the ball 13 times...hard for a DT to rack up tackles when they face so few rushing attempts...in week 10 the Cowboys ran the ball 23 times with their RBs....Felix Jones had 14 of those carries and while I don't remember I bet not many were between the tackles. hope that helped some
