Ryan Torain, RB, Washington Redskins Wednesday 11/17, 3:30 PM CT Rich Campbell reports that Ryan Torain (knee) sat out Redskins practice on Wednesday. Our View: Torain's value continues to plummet, as his injury coupled with the breakout of Keiland Williams makes it highly unlikely that he'll return as the Redskins No. 1 running back any time soon. I just dropped Pierre Thomas, who has been a nagging source of frustration for almost two months, and snagged Williams, who looks like a #1RB for at least two weeks with today's news that Torain is healing slowly.
