Grits and Shins
Calf injury. Typical. They hold out for extended periods of time and then expect they will be in game shape. I think a clause should be added to any player's contract that holds out that stipulates that his salary will be reduced if he suffers an injury due to his extended hold out. He has been practicing for a month. This is a "I dont like the Chargers so I fake an injury for the rest of the year cause I dont like my contract" Injury. The hold out thing doesnt hold water in this particular case, IMO

ABC123
Man, I benched him at the last second for Harvin. I just did not want to start him until he shown me something. I was regretting it after Harvin's performance today but now I guess it was the right move. At least Harvin caught a pass...

Riffraff
The training staff have to agree that VJ can't play. They are the ones that advise the position coaches on whether or not a player can continue. I started him in 2 leagues. Oops. Henry Muto
Serves me right I play my entire regular season with Felix Jones at the flex and Lance Moore as my 3rd WR then in my 1st playoff game this week I bail on those 2 guys for S-Rice and V-Jackson 2 guys who have not been in my line up all year. Great late draft picks very sneaky of me to grab them late for my playoff push

A freakin trainer doent determine the players real or hypothetical pain threshold. IMO Vjax is dogging it.

Grits and Shins
Either way I believe that when a player holds out for an extended period of time I believe his game checks should be at risk due to injuries he might suffer due to the extended holdout. brg88tx
did he even play one play? yep, he was "injured" after the very first play when he blocked for a short screen pass to another receiver.
