Brentastic
If this test includes sticking your tongue on a flag pole like they did in "A Christmas Story", I'll pay you cash for the results. I could make that happen for the right amount of caysh.
Brentastic
Is anyone interested in a weather check before the noon games start? I haven't been outside yet but it looks nasty. However, I fully intend on doing a walk around the block to get the full effect of the weather but the game isn't until 3:15 so it makes sense to do the weather check closer to gametime. BUT, if anyone has a backup playing at noon, I could do a quick check. Let me know.

gilthorp
Don't know what to say...I think Brady will be money today - the Bears are tough to run against.
Brentastic
I live about 4 miles from the stadium, more inland (further from the lake than Soldier). I just walked around the block and then scraped off the car etc. My assesment is that it's not as bad as advertised. There were gusts occaisonally but it was calm (relatively speaking) more than it was windy. However, when it was windy it was very gusty. In the one league where I have Brady, I will be starting Alex Smith, FWIW. So to sum up, it's a relatively normal wind day here except for the occasional gust. Hope that helps. bpooch
I feel lucky. I have til 4 est to figure mine out. Brady or Kitna? With the weather factor, I see my choices as a push right now.

If it were me, I'd stick with Brady. It's going to be bad in BUF also and it's not constant wind here. Good luck.

Brentastic
Well...Brady or Josh Freeman? Man, isn't Freeman sooooooo due for a decent game (250 - 2TD)? Plus against the crappy pass D of WAS. I dunno, just saying. It certainly isn't pretty here in Chicago but I've seen worse too.

Brentastic
Here's a good comparison. I was at this game and today is nearly identical to how it was for this game: http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/boxscore?gameId=271223003
rocknrobn26
Gusts here are at least 40-50 mph... Lake effect snow also coming in. Prediction is 4-6 more inches. Not sure when it will start, but here's the radar... http://www.accuweather.com/us/radar/sir/IL...x&play=true
twiley
I just can't risk it, I'm benching Brady now and rolling with Eli tomorrow night.
bpooch
How about a weather update?
Brentastic
Nothing has changed much since my last post, it may even be more consistently windy. My friend who is at the game said it's BAD at the stadium and told me not to start Brady, FWIW.
Puddy
Well Freeman was worth 26 in my league. We'll see how this blizzard works out. Edited December 12, 2010 by Puddy
Brentastic
Brady spreading them out on the first play. We'll see if he can produce decent stats at the end of the day. I started Alex Smith only because his matchup is pristine. Let's put it this way, no way Brady puts up monster stats in this weather. He may get 200 and a couple touches but nothing superb and probably not even that much. I hope all you momos win regardless
Wolverines Fan
Brady TD pass to Gronkowski. For anyone who doesn't have the game on, Brady is leaning on Welker. BGE doing some solid running too. Edited December 12, 2010 by Wolverines Fan

Wolverines Fan
Pats running game is clicking. Woodhead 3 yard touchdown run.
