Good luck with health, and keep this in mind: (rotoworld) 49ers ILBs Patrick Willis and Takeo Spikes are sporting matching casts on their right hands this week. The linebackers described their hand injuries only as "banged up." Defensive coordinator Greg Manunsky confirmed that both are expected to play Thursday night against the Chargers.
