I did with the exception of Owens and even there the only players I could of put in for him haven't done much

Last year i lost in the Super Bowl with lots of points on my bench and that lost stung a lot more than this one

Looks like the only "substantial" points I left on my bench (so far) was by starting Sam Bradford rather than Drew Stanton.

I'm not losing yet. But opponent has Brady, Lloyd and Woodhead left to go. I have S. Johnson on the bench so far, who is better than Wayne. And if you like, Pettigrew with 2 points vs Davis started with 0.

Started Tamme and BMW at WR/TE. Manningham and Marshall on my bench.

 

I started Collins, Megatron, Blount, Ray Rice, Ronnie Brown, Chargers Def, and Kaeding so I still managed my second highest point total of the season. Leading 190 to 131 and the other guy had the better roster. He scored the most points all year.

Had #1 seed against #4, who just squeaked into the playoffs.

 

I had Foster and MJD, both were rated in the top 5 this week by many sites. Had Torain, Blount, and Jennings on my bench. I played the right guys, they just both had a bad week. My WR had been up and down all year but playing Maclin and Britt over Marshall and Fitz, didn't hurt me.

 

I also went against Vick and his 41pnts! I also knew I was in trouble when I had Ryan and they were up big and he didn't get much near the end of the game. He had M.Wallace and Ben hit him for a couple in the last drive.

 

Off to fight for 3rd place next week, sign.

I had the second-LOWEST scoring team (12-team money league, non-PPR) and somehow got the 2nd seed (most weeks my team sucked just a little less than my opponent) and first-round bye.

 

Yesterday, my starting lineup consisted of (fantasy points in parentheses):

Once again, luck was on my side when my opponent's team put up two zeros (Boldin and Steelers D) and Brady and The Law Firm combined for a respectable but not enough 30 points.

 

I won 95-78 and my starting lineup contained ONE player whom I drafted (Bradshaw).

I changed my lineup a bit because of match ups and did it right, problem is they couldn't produce and I lost.

 

I always start Bradshaw but started Stewart. Stewart got me more points than Bradshaw but no TD's.

I started Collins over Flacco. Collins scored one more point than Flacco but only got me 10.

My elite WR's were Megatron, Colston and Nicks. Nicks got the lone TD. I left Britt on the bench

with 5 little points. I was favored big over the number one seed only to have my 2 rb's and 3 wr's

to score just 2 td's between them. What a let down. Playing for 3rd place next weekend and a little

bit of cash...

If I started Choice over Goodson I would have only needed 9 points from the Bears D. As it stands I need 21 out of them. Basically I need some sort of D/SpT TD to go along with 2-3 sacks and a turnover or two.

Due to Jamaal Charles' quarterback problem and the decent St. Louis rush defense, I overthought things and instead played Jonathan Stewart. While Stewart's yardage was great, no score. Charles' yards were nearly the same and he scored.

 

I also was strongly considering taking a risk for a possible reward and substituting Collie for Jennings, and only failed to do so because I forgot my phone in my car. You know what happened. Should've thought harder about starting him in place of Owens instead, as Jennings did not have a horrible game. But, of course, who can predict injuries?

 

The team I was facing had Ray Friggin' Rice. On their own, Chris Johnson and Lil' Eli's personal best could not carry me to the title game. Lost by 6 points.

 

I need a new, less frustrating hobby.

Put in what turned out to be my optimal lineup (Brees, DMC, Foster, Roddy, VJax, Wallace, Tamme, Rackers, Jets) but unfortunately ran into a buzzsaw this week (Brady, Forte, CJ, Megatron, Collie, Percy, Witten, Gostkowski??, Jets)

 

2nd highest points of the week vs highest points of the week. Sometimes it just doesn't go your way.

I'm still not sure how my opponent won last week taking three 0's from Collie, Percy and Gosto.

 

ETA: We play a march madness style bracket for our playoffs which incorporate 30 teams from five 12 team leagues. Just looked at the bracket and had I been seeded anywhere else besides where I was I would be in the finals. Figures.
