Wolverines Fan
http://content.usatoday.com/communities/th...-questionable/1 The Minnesota Vikings, who on Saturday declared Brett Favre out for Monday's game against the Chicago Bears, upgraded the QB to questionable on an amended injury report filed on Monday. Favre, whose streak of 297 straight starts ended last week, intends to throw prior to the game against the Bears to gauge whether he can play. "Brett Favre attempted to throw the football two days ago and was unable to due to pain in his SC (sternoclavicular) joint, and residual numbness from Brazhial Plexus injury," trainer Eric Sugarman said in a statement. "He declared himself out at that time. He woke up this morning feeling much improved. His symptoms and function have improved dramatically over the last 24 hours. In fairness to him and his team, he would like to be given the opportunity to play tonight if physically able." Rookie Joe Webb was expected to start for the Vikings, who placed last week's starter, Tarvaris Jackson, on IR with a foot injury. Favre said last Wednesday he would not consider playing so long as he had numbness in his hand. He said that the hit that knocked out of a Week 13 game against Buffalo may have been the final play of his career. The NFL defines questionable as having a 50/50 chance of playing. Out is defined as definitely not playing, but teams are able to amend reports if players' status change. The Bears-Vikings game is being played outdoors at the University of Minnesota, and snow was falling (with 3-5" expected) during the day. -- Sean Leahy
PPIchamp
I would love it if Favre starts tonight, my opponent's playing Webb, I'd win my matchup unless Greenway has a couple pick-6's to go with his typical production.

pig devilz
he plays tonight, his last gasp under the ego spotlight. then, he retires after the game so he doesn't have to serve his 2 game suspension and end his career that way.
