giantsfan
If you have Jennings, and in the league I have MJD I do, I hope he does not play. Just start Jennings. Is Jennings as good as MJD? No, but getting 20 + touches against Wash at home I have to think he produces. Of course in my other SB the guy I am playing has Jennings (no MJD), so this gives him and extra bullet against me. Glad I held on to him.

myhousekey
Jay_Glazer Sources say Maurice Jones-Drew is OUT this weekend, barring a miraculous turnaround. giantsfan
So assuming MJD is out, where does that place Jennings? Is he a top 7-10 RB this week? A solid # 1.
montster
I'm only playing the consolation round, but this makes my decision a LOT easier. Started both MJD and Jennings against the Raiders and came up big, did the same thing last week and ... not so much. Was contemplating whether to do the same thing again this week. Guess I don't have to worry now.
JUMbotron
Jay Glazer rarely misses when he speaks this firmly. http://twitter.com/Jay_Glazer/statuses/18373275377737728 Sources say Maurice Jones-Drew is OUT this weekend, barring a miraculous turnaround. Considering he's been very servicable as the backup RB the last 4 weeks I love the upside he has if he gets the start this week. Either way he's better then the other garbage I've been rolling out at RB.
gbpfan1231
I have MJD and is in SB. I just picked up Jennings but I also have Blount - does Jennings out produce Blount this week? I am thinking he does???
redrumjuice
Rashad has the ability to be a great back, if he starts this week he could put up monster numbers.
wolfer
I just picked up Jennings in 2 leagues but I'm taking a deep breath before inserting him. I'd have to bench the likes of Blount or Hillis to use him. Wow tough call for sure.
Favre4ever
If MJD doesn't play it really screws me..The guy I'm playing has been playing R. Jennings for the past few weeks and I thought awesome to go up against a guy starting a backup and now this...Looks like the xtra 500 bucks is gonna be a little harder to win now...Come on MJD start and play you always have in the past.. historymike
I wonder if this means the Jags throw a little more, making Garrard and the JAX WRS a bit more useful?
JUMbotron
I wonder if this means the Jags throw a little more, making Garrard and the JAX WRS a bit more useful? Mike Sims-Walker is likely out. Jason Hill to start. http://twitter.com/taniaganguli/statuses/18366612088299521
malta69
I wonder if this means the Jags throw a little more, making Garrard and the JAX WRS a bit more useful? It doesn't sound like Sims-Walker is going to play either. Mercedes Lewis could be in for a monster target game!
giantsfan
Maybe crazy, but if MJD and Sims-Walker are both out, Jennings could be gold. Good for me in the league I have Jennings. Bad for me in the league where my opponent has Jennings.

Bad for me in the league where my opponent has Jennings. Jennings would make a worthwhile flex gamble even if MJD were playing. With him out and RB questions aplenty this week he's a bonafied RB #2. If you're an AP/Gerhart owner sweating out who plays Sunday night, grabbing a guy like Jennings is an outstanding idea.

Honestly, if MJD misses Jennings could be around # 10 this week: Foster, DMc, Johnson, Rice, Turner, Charles, AP, SJax, and McCoy I think I'd place ahead of him. Who else? Hillis, Blount, BJGE, maybe Torain I think I'd take Jennings over these guys. Could be a top 10ish option.

I'd start Blount, at home, against the Hawks over Jennings.....Blount is gold at home, and will produce......who's to say that they don't also use Karim as well, who was playing a decent amount earlier this year? Do the Jags automatically hand the kesy over to Jennings, or do they share the load... as this will be the first time MJD has EVER missed a game, it's unknown... to me, Blount is 'safer pick'.....one man's opinion... 46f3
Glad I picked up Jennings last week! Yahoo has Jennings projected at 23.7 points (PPR 1 point per reception league).

Sure Karim gets some touches, but would be surprised if Jennings didn't get the vast majority. As for Blount v Jennings, I think you are missing my point. Jennings could be a legit top 10ish option without MJD. Pick and choose if he is 8 or 10 or 12 to you, but he is in that discussion for a legit top 10ish # 1 option this week potentially.
