redrumjuice
There are a few fans who think the colts are gods gift to greek soldiers. Normal NFL fans saw the colts give up the chance for a perfect season pulling Manning for Painter. How many games do the colts win with Painter and White? CaptainHook
Honestly redrumjuice, how is this a put down? The Colts would not be as good without Manning. Really? No kidding. The Patriots wouldn't have won 3 Super Bowls without Brady. The Bulls wouldn't have won 6 championships without Michael Jordan. What does that prove? Get your checkbook ready buddy boy! loaf
I don't know posting 4 pages of the Jags game play by almost play didn't seem at all like a call out to RRJ at all. not at all. you may say it was for the other Colt's fan on the board to keep up but with live updates, and instant scoring it was a veiled attempt. He wasn't even here today. It was absolutely not play-by-play. It was a big game in the AFC South and for the Colts playoff hopes. Sorry there was a thread about it. I take it back. CaptainHook
its closer to 3 games without manning Without the money they'd be spending on Manning, they could go out and get a QB like Rex Grossman and still beat the Jaguars and win the AFC South. redrumjuice
They should rename the team, the "Indianapolis Peyton Manning's" They can use my avatar for their logo!
CaptainHook
The Indianapolis Peyton Manning's kept the Jacksonville Jaguars from winning their first ever AFC South division title for the ninth straight year. I'm ok with it.
detlef
Last I checked, you were able to count every healthy player on your roster. If you have one player is good enough, so be it. If that player gets hurt, you may be screwed. But unless he does, I just don't see how this is a bad thing. Since my Niners have been living in that 1-7 range for some time now, I would love to have a QB good enough to make our consistent 10+ win status as fragilely dependent on him as Indy's is on Manning. At least that would mean we were always winning 10+ games.
i_am_the_swammi
And I wondered why footballguys had superior post counts, some terrific posters and threads compared to the Huddle.... ...wonder no more. This place is getting pathetic.
