I heard today the Cowboys said they would hire Garrett but they first need to interview a minority candidate so they can comply - what a joke. I didn't think they would have to, given that he's technically the HC as is. And Frazier is a great guy/story, can we keep race relations out of this for once? This is a long overdue job. He has had, what, seven, eight interviews for HC positions and never come close, so far as I know. Apart from him being the token minority guy in one or two of them, I wonder why he never got a sniff? No long-term planning capability? Rumor has it Jones is interviewing Ray Sherman to be the "token black guy" he has no intentions of hiring...and may even be contemplating firing him from the current coaching staff.
