Chavez Posted January 12, 2011 Share Posted January 12, 2011 This seemed like way too steep of a price for Kolb, but the "reports" were (not too long ago) that the Eagles wanted a 1st and 3rd otherwise they were not going to let him go next season. This before the "reports" came out that Kolb really wanted to be a starter next season (duh). I think you don't trade him for anything less than a 2nd rounder, but also feel they should be able to get a 2nd and 3rd rounder for him. I think Matt Schaub has set the going rate for "promising young QB price tag"....criminey, the Chargers got a mid 2nd and a 3rd for Charlie Whitehurts and a low 2nd.
