tazinib1
You've got to be kidding me Perhaps, the worst comparison I have ever read. Apparently, this "former" NFL scout isn't seeing what everybody else is. Hilarious. Edited March 8, 2011 by tazinib1

Azazello1313
seems like a valid comparison to me. gholston was, what, like the 7th or 8th pick? right around where miller is projected. same type of player, same type of build, same type of skill set, same type of draft grade. with just about any player, you can point to comparisons, good or bad. is he gholston or demarcus ware? is cam newton more jamarcus russell or ben roethlisberger? I would say in general the comparisons are not very useful, good or bad, but this one doesn't seem any worse than any other.

This may be true, but comparing arguably the most explosive pass rushing LB in the draft to an epic bust, is well, extremely bad whatever you wanna call it. So the best player in the Senior Bowl = a bust. Whats that say about the rest of them? So when Miller gets drafted, plays his first game and gets a sack we can put all this nonsense to rest right? bpwallace49
Wasnt Gholston an undersized DE that was moved to LB? Whereas Miller is a LB that will play . . .LB?

Azazello1313
comparing arguably the most explosive pass rushing LB in the draft to an epic bust I guess the point is that when he was drafted 6th overall he's wasn't an epic bust.
piratesownninjas
Wasnt Gholston an undersized DE that was moved to LB? Whereas Miller is a LB that will play . . .LB? Gholston rose up draft boards with his measurables. Watching Miller play last year you could tell he was a man amongst boys. One of the three safest picks in the draft imo.
