BeeR Posted April 4, 2011 Share Posted April 4, 2011 When I was a kid we called sloppy joes "BBQ." But I'm amazed how hard it is to find great BBQ in the freakin South. Good luck finding it in central or SE Virginia or freakin Raleigh NC (I heard "The Pit" in the latter was great but didn't get to it)...and I love that eastern NC vinegar based stuff too.
