Anyone else who uses leaguesafe receive the below email today? I'm going to be seriously pissed if they violated their own privacy policy and provided my email address to this guy and even more so because the moron then CC'd his mailing list so I'm getting messages from everyone who is replying all

Hello All Fantasy Sport Players!

Baseball season has just started and we would like to invite all fantasy sport lovers to take part in an online study. This research project is being conducted by Dr. Dae Hee Kwak at the University of Michigan. The purpose of this study is to explore sport fans’ fantasy sport behavior, and the survey will take about 8-10 minutes to complete.

Special incentives for LeagueSafe.com users!

• Ten participants will be randomly selected to receive $100 VISA Gift Card!

• Prize winners will be notified by email on or around April 20, 2011.

For questions about the study or a research-related inquiry, please contact Dr. Dae Hee Kwak via email EDITED@umich.edu).

If you want to participate in, please clicking the link:

It's going to snowball and get ugly...I've asked the guy to remove me from his mailing list, he claims he has but I'm still getting responses. I've emailed leaguesafe and been asked to be removed from their FSTA lists...but I'm up to about 20 emails because of this now and it's only been two hours.

Emailed the professor and suggested he delete the mailing list on the university server. Then if he needed to put it back together with a different name and not ever CC it out again.

He said he did it immediately after getting the suggestion so hopefully we've seen the end of the spam related from it.
