WaterMan
Jerry Jones isn’t planning to miss any football The National Football Post 5 hours, 12 minutes ago Jerry Jones is counting on football being played this season and so are the sponsors who support the Dallas Cowboys. They gathered on Wednesday for an annual golf tournament, and Jones did his best to explain to that group that he doesn’t want to miss any games. When you consider Jones financed the $1.2 billion stadium he has in Arlington, you know why. He’s got bills to pay. “I expressed the incentive plan that I'm on and the Cowboys are on in this way,” Jones said, according to the Dallas Morning News. “I didn't spend $1.2 billion to build a stadium and not have the Cowboys playing football in it this year.” Jones claims that to this point the Cowboys have not had business hurt by the lockout, not when it comes to their sponsors or suite holders anyway. “In general, the response of our ticket holders, the response of our suite holders, the response of all of our constituencies have been they have been and are expecting us to play football,” Jones said. “And they're counting on us to get it worked out so we don't miss any playing time.” The alternative is that monthly mortgage will be awfully taxing for Jones. TimC
any chance Jerry just holds his breath and forgets to wake up? I believe the facial surgery has cured that chance.
Curt Dallas
I believe the facial surgery has cured that chance. I think the man sleeps with his eyes open with how tight his face is.
