flemingd Posted July 27, 2011 Share Posted July 27, 2011 Has there been anything definitive on rules regarding RFA's (both current and going forward) and/or the use of the franchise tag (again, now and future)? What happens to Manning, who had the tag slapped on him? What about a team that didn't use it pre-lockout - can they still use it, say Carolina on Dwil (might be why the massively overpaid Johnson)?
