i_am_the_swammi
I would imagine he'd be a nice final addition to a revamped Philly defense.....assuming he has something left after tearing his pectoral muscle two years ago, and having surgery on both knees this past offseason. Still, for only being 27 years old, he seems to have a lot of football left if he can just stay healthy.
Zooty
maybe he's been hurt and is slowing down fast. That said he had a hugh game against the Eagles once, we need another LB and he's an injury risk....
NoSupe4You
Been a couple of years since he has really showed anything on the football field. He may only be 27, but he looks 10 years older when he is playing.
Seahawks21
Eye-opening move here in Seattle. He was Carroll's star pupil at USC. Didn't see this one coming. The Seahawks just lost their leaders on both sides of the ball within a week. Trufant is the only player left with any residency at all, and he's got to have one foot out the door by now as well. Lofa is a very, very smart player. Some team will probably be able to use him for that purpose, but physically, he never had that many tools, and his toughness that he laid his hat on just isn't as overwhelming as it once was. Overall, he is a below average starter at his position at this point. Just doesn't make many impactful plays, and can get washed out by power running teams. Hawthorne is a better player. Curry was also an ILB in college, maybe the Seahawks plan to move him inside in hopes of getting SOMETHING out of him.

FWIW- he refused a pay cut and requested a release
