Lisa Zimmerman of cbssports.com and thejetsblog.com is tweeting tonight that wide receiver Derrick Mason is set to take a physical for the Jets on Thursday and if he passes, the Jets are expected to sign him. source As a Jets fan, I am not sure what to think about this yet. The Wolf Posted August 4, 2011 Share Posted August 4, 2011 If you need a possession receiver, are there many better? He's not explosive but he's consistent. As a veteran, he will help Sanchize a lot. My problem with it...we are again devaluing Dustin Keller. What more does this kid need to do to get the ball thrown to him? He is our second most explosive weapon on offense, behind Santonio.
