Awesome, I think this is my favorite column on this site now. You used to do a bit that I miss though - where you have a sentence with a couple of strategic blanks that you address later - that always left me hanging to figure out ;D

Yeah that 'Prediction A' & 'Prediction B' bit is for the regular season 'Trons. I'll do them again for sure. Big fun.

Thinking about paying for a membership, but we already had our draft this week...

Still worth it?

Nah, don't bother. There's no reason to read reports on in-season things like waiver wire commodities, players to trade away/for, analysis of players climbing and dropping, how to make a playoff push and more. You're probably fine on your own.

Glad to see somebody finally not feeling the Collie love over Garcon.

Indeed. Let's say Collie stays healthy (he won't), I still don't get the attraction in the mid-to-late 6th round, where Collie often goes. Even if you do rate him higher than Garcon he's still the No. 3 guy behind Wayne and Clark.

Why not wait and snag Garcon in the 7th or 8th where he usually goes? Better yet, you can get a Floyd, S. Rice, or even S. Smith (Car) instead in that area. Collie, no thanks.

Yeah, Collie was scoring, it's a valid counterpoint.

But I'd come back with a JUMbotron nugget from my database:

51% of Collie's total rec yards and 38% of his TDs came in Weeks 1 and 3. Two games generated about half his stuff.

He scored points in 9 games.

15.556 PPG (25.80, 10.5, 35.10, 12.40, 7.30, 15.20, 0.50, 8.50, 24.70)

Take away the high and the low game and he averaged 14.7 PPG

Take away the two highest and two lowest and he averaged 14.26 PPG

His point spread across 9 games is pretty good. If you take away the game where he got hurt on his first play it looks even better. (This scoring gives .5 PPR...which is an interesting medium look)

I think the guy is worth a chance, and easily so at his ADP.

EDIT: Who doesn't want a player who's 'bad weeks' are 7.3 and 8.5?

I'm just not willing to spend a mid-round pick on a guy who's one concussion away from his career being over, when he makes his living working in traffic from the slot. You also have to wonder how willing the Colts will be put him into too much danger catching a ton of passes, with 3 other capable options (2 of them Manning's preferred reads anyway).

Dude is one big hit from ending up like this (extremely NSFW or kids, but pretty damn funny)...
