detlef Posted August 25, 2011 Share Posted August 25, 2011 It depends on your scoring and roster requirements, but I think you need to be greedier than that. I saw him last Friday and thought he looked freaking great. Sure, pre-season, whatever. But he looks strong and fast and it looked like Miami was using him the right way. It didn't hurt that Thomas crapped the bed when they brought him in to punch it in at the goal line. At any rate, I was targeting him in my last draft but couldn't bring myself to take him that high, assuming I could get him later. Which I did towards the end of the 7th. Mind you, in fairness, the league in question has scoring and line-ups that lessen the importance of stockpiling RBs, so he likely went far later than he would have otherwise. I saw some completed drafts from the same format conducted this week and Bush was going in the 5th in all of them I'm pretty sure, so he has moved basically halfway up the draft ladder. rajncajn Posted August 26, 2011 Share Posted August 26, 2011 When Reggie is focused and wants to prove a point he can play like he did vs Arizona in the 09 playoffs. I think that is the Reggie you will see out of the gate. Whether he sustains that throughout the year is the big question.
