Chief Dick
Chiefs pick up one first down, now punting. Looks like the Pack has their 2's in. Chiefs offense might be horrible this year. Seriously.
Chief Dick
Packers march down and score. Ryan Grant broke a long run. Chiefs front seven looks horrible too. I think my 5-11 prediction is spot on. On the ensuing drive, Chiefs have a nice drive going. Charles then loses a fumble.

rattsass
We're looking at 6-10, maybe 7-9 here.
Chavez
Looking at the Gamecast and seeing a 6-play drive for a net of about 3 yds always cracks me up (unless it's happening to GB).
Chief Dick
Moeaki limping off now.
Big John
And the Chiefs still have their first stringers in? and getting dinged up. Ouch.
Chavez
Pretty costly game already for the Chiefs.

Big John
GB has 77 yds of offense and 6 first downs through 3 quarters AND IS WINNING. So I assume the defense is carrying them?
Chavez
So I assume the defense is carrying them? Yeah - 56 yds and a td on the first drive; then they gave up a safety on the next drive; int; (-3) yds and a punt; fumble; 8 yds and a punt; forced a Charles fumble and 67 yd return which led to a Crosby FG; forced a fumble deep in Chiefs territory which led to a FG; pick 6. Essentially, after the first drive, the offense has contributed (-2) points to the cause.

Bronco Billy
From Rotoworld: Dwayne Bowe led the Chiefs with 85 yards and a touchdown on eight receptions against the Packers in the preseason finale. Bowe saw 11 targets playing into the fourth quarter, which is virtually unheard of in the fourth exhibition game. We don't mind seeing starters playing deep into the game, but coach Todd Haley will catch plenty of heat if Matt Cassel (shoulder) and Tony Moeaki (knee) end up missing time. Bowe is playing in the 4th Q of a week 4 PS game? wtf is Haley doing? Edited September 2, 2011 by Bronco Billy
billay
There's been some fantasy chatter about how rusty the Chiefs offense has been in the preseason. Any chance Haley is just trying to give the first team all the snaps he can?

Any chance Haley is just trying to give the first team all the snaps he can? Still to risky when you have 3rd andd 4th stringers trying to make a name for themselves on the opposing team. They aren't as seasoned so they make bad tackles which could injure your starters. Never a good idea in a 4th preseason game when som many players are on the bubble!
