Ram Tough
Just read on cbssports that Amendola has a dislocated elbow. Another injury to a Rams WR. Must be in the water there.
mrbass24
Couldn't tell what had happened but watch the reply and it look bad. He put his hand on the carpet to gain his balance it looked like while spinning around. Hate to see any injury.
STL Fan
Fwiw, the team has not said he's done for the year. They won't know the severity until the MRI tomorrow. It was ugly, though.

Ursa Majoris
Go get Greg Salas. Does your league count drops?
STL Fan
Does your league count drops? If they do, don't pick up ANY Rams receiver. Horrific today.
piratesownninjas
Does your league count drops? If it does Brandon Gibson is the get.
STL Fan
If it does Brandon Gibson is the get. Gibson had two terrible drops today and has a history of terrible drops. Should have kept Avery and cut him.
mrbass24
Kendricks was dropping passes also.
Grits and Shins
Gibson and Kendricks must have modeled their games after the king of drops - TO
STL Fan
Kendricks was dropping passes also. At least two bad drops, one right in his hands was an almost certain TD.
piratesownninjas
Kendricks was dropping passes also. Rookie Jitters are to be expected. Gibson isn't a rookie.
BIG SACK
Denario will be great this year (yes I am fully aware of his injury history). Pick him up now! Edited September 11, 2011 by BIG SACK
STL Fan
Rookie Jitters are to be expected. Gibson isn't a rookie. Agree completely. Willing to give Kendricks the benefit of the doubt, but he had some drops in preseason, too. Gotta step it up. These were BAD drops on very good throws. I think he'll get better. piratesownninjas
I'm sticking with Salas.

BIG SACK
Oh definitely agree that it is hard to be great in street cloths. In fact I am sure no one in history has played well in street clothes but I was just thinking that he'll probably suit up eventually and when he does he will be great. Sorry I wasn't more clear. Yeah, I hate to sound like I'm down on the guy because I love him dating all the way back to his days at Mizzou. Trouble is, his knee actually probably needs another surgery, but he decided to tough it out and try to play through it. He was inactive today, and I just won't believe that knee will hold up until I see it. I'm in a league full of STL and Mizzou homers and he is a free agent. Over-under on complete games played in 2011 by DX is probably about 3, and I'll take the under. (And it sucks even typing that.)
