MorningMud
I am new to IDP this year, and took over a team in a 16 team dynasty league. I did not get a very good team, but I made A LOT of roster moves this summer. I completely blew up my LB core, except for keeping DeMeco Ryans. I added DJ Williams, DeMarcus Ware, Stephen Tulloch, Johnathon Casillas, Desmond Bishop and Brandon Spikes. Spikes is on my taxi squad, and I think I have enough depth to trade him, but I don't know his value. I focused most of my trades on DEF, and as a result, I have a horrible WR core. What kind of WR should I be able to get for him? WR's get: Number of Receiving TDs - 6 points each Receiving Yards - .1 point for every 1 Receptions - .75 points each LB's get: Fumble Recoveries (from Opponent) - 4 points each Opponent Fumble Recovery Yards - .04 point for every 1 Number of Offensive Fumble Recovery TDs - 6 points each Forced Fumbles - 3 points each Interceptions Caught - 4 points each Interception Return Yards - .04 point for every 1 Passes Defensed - 2 points each Tackles - 1.7 points each Assists - .85 points each Sacked a QB - 2 point for every .5 Safeties - 5 points each

I think he might be better than Casillas will - it is still early. Don't trade him unless you get a GREAT offer.

Zooty
I personally wouldn't hesitate to move. I don't think he'll be more than a 2 down LB. I think he's coming off the field on passing downs. Upside is as a bye week player. Same with Casillas. You have decent enough depth without him
MorningMud
I traded him and Michael Crabtree for Jordy Nelson and Dennis Pitta. Hopefully it pans out. Thanks for commenting guys.
