Any possibility that he could end up being a useful fantasy tight end being as SD has a pretty prolific offense? My hunch is that he may fare ok in regards to TD's in the red zone, but could possibly be a bust in a PPR format. Of course, this all assumes Gates has major issues, which looks more and more likely.
