Hawthorne?

I have 5 LB's on my roster and I am trying to figure out if I need to drop one and add Hawthorne - I am a long time fantasy player, but this is my first time in IDP.

 

We start three LB's and I have 2 on my bench, but I can't hold more than five - other reserves filled.

 

I have Posluszny, Sean Lee, Angerer, D.J. Williams, and Curtis Lofton on my squad.

 

Would you drop any of these guys to pick up Hawthorne??? and if so, why.

 

Love to see Huddle staff weigh in also since I am kind of following up on the preseason hype.

Personally, I wouldn't drop any of those guys for Hawthorne.

I am probably with TFord on this one but if Hawthorne ends up healthy he has a higher ceiling than Poz does, at least imo...but as it stands now Hawthorne holds some risk based on his health and early season play.

I wouldn't drop any of your guys to get Hawthorne, you have a very strong 5. Hawthorne is out there to get in my league and I've thought about getting him, but I don't have the guys you have. Mine are Barnett, DJ, Maualuga, Villa, Ruud and Tullach. Ryans was just dropped as well.

Thanks for the replies guys - You guys summed up pretty much what I was thinking - I had actually added and dropped Pos a couple of times and added him again last week after his monster game - I'll sit on him for a while this time.

 

I don't think anyone in my league will grab Hawthorne, but just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something - I'll keep him scouted though just in case he goes guerilla.

 

I do have to say that I really enjoy idp and don't know why we didn't add it to our league earlier.
