Big Country
Season to date, from a "value" perspective (using worst starter, PPG method), assuming using the Huddle PPR scoring and a lineup of 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR and 1 TE, Rodgers is the #7 value player. (Actually, even going to only 2 required WRs did not move him up) Will be interesting to see how this shakes up by the end of the year. For those interested, the top ten players thus far are: Wes Welker Calvin Johnson Fred Jackson Matt Forte Arian Foster LeSean McCoy Aaron Rodgers Kenny Britt (injured, so I included #11) Jimmy Graham Ray Rice Cam Newton
gbpackersfan
Sad thing is, I have the top 2 "value guys", along with AP and Beanie, and Im only 4-3.
Thews40
Sad thing is, I have the top 2 "value guys", along with AP and Beanie, and Im only 4-3. "Only 4-3" is a place many would trade places with. If you're 4-3, you can lose next week and still be .500. If you're 2-5, it's pretty much must wins at this point. 6-1 and 4-3 on the two teams with Rodgers (drafted 5th and paid 25% in an auction). One player does not a team make, but value based on the pre-season projections is pretty much exactly what Rodgers is doing right now, and there's no reason to believe that's going to change much. The counter that good QB's are available late can be hashed out all day, but there's isn't any one player I'd trade Rodgers for straight up right now.
