Went to a local restaurant here in Green Bay and the special that night was Steak with Chocolate sauce. It did not sound good to me but the waitress convinced me to try it and it was the best steak I ever had. She mentioned that the chocolate is made with tons of roasted garlic and the garlic kinda balances the chocolate and the chocolate balances the garlic. It was an awesome steak and the sauce was amazing. I know there are some expert cooks on this site and would love to hear if anyone ever had something similar and if anyone would be able to tell me how to make this sauce I would be happy as can be!!!
