hardway
Who is his handcuff? Kieland Williams or Mo Morris this week?
DMD
Smith is expected to play and both Williams and Moore would have a small role like usual.

Duchess Jack
this is a really strange question. why do you care about his backup(s) in week 15 if he IS playing?
DMD
Would you start him over Ben Tate, knowing what we know right now? non ppr Tough call but yes. You know that Smith as a starter will get some amount of yards and maybe a score while hoping that he does not get hurt again. With Tate, you have to hope that there is enough sloppy seconds left over from Foster for Tate to matter.

I have Foster also and since my beloved DeMarco went down I am in a bit of a quagmire. This week is not the week to start 2 rb's from the same team but I can't afford an egg either. Hopefully Smith plays a full 1/2 before imploding. That should be good enough.

What about the possibility of Houston benching Foster outright if they get a comfortable lead?
DMD
That is what I meant by sloppy seconds. Tate will get some work, the question is how much. Hard to say.

OCSkins
FWIW, due to injury issues, I'm starting Smith and Tate this week. HOU has already locked up a playoff spot and they probably know it's wishful thinking to hope for home field over Pitt/Balt/NE. It's not improbable to expect that if HOU gets a lead, that Tate will become more involved. And it's a very good matchup for Tate. Obviously the main concern with Smith is not if he starts, but how long he plays. The Lions are still fighting for a playoff spot, so naturally they want their best players on the field. And Smith is their best running back. And he wants to play to ensure a job for next year. So he's going to play as long as possible and as well as he can. Again, very good matchup for Smith against OAK. If you have to choose between Smith & Tate, then Smith is the obvious choice since he will be starting, and Tate won't. I'm expecting good returns out of both of these RBs this week in my semifinal match. Good luck.
ABearWithFurniture
it's wishful thinking to hope for home field over Pitt/Balt/NE. With currently the same record at Pitt/Balt/NE and the next 3 games (2 at home) against Carolina, Indy, and Tennessee...probably a bit more than wishful

MothAudio
Down by 10 pts, end of the 3rd in the 1:00 games. We both will have four [4] players. I'm considering swapping R.Matthews for K.Smith. Make that 16 points since Sproles TD just disappeared?!
