Less than a pound total loss but I will take it for as sick as I have been since Christmas day. Totally pysched to see the first number be a 1 instead of a 2, been at least 10 years since my hardcore softball playing days.

Happy New Year everyone :brew:

You're my inspiration T, can't believe you got below 200.   I just assumed I would get stuck at 220 or 215 but now I know I can get even lower.

I'll post my update next.

Oddly been right at 215 the past month, really no swaying.   Workouts are still going pretty well but had a dry period over the Christmas holiday but ate ok and didn't drink much alcohol so was able to maintain.

Dropped the 1lb the past week, back to running, did a bit of reffing, and helping coach basketball / hockey.

With T-Bone's inspiration my new goal is 200 lbs.   Hope to do that by May 1.

Been really busy at work.  Been getting my usual workouts in but not able to run on a regular basis.  I am looking to get back on schedule there but weather is a factor as it will be raining and cold all weekend and I don't have access to a decent treadmill.

Got a Garmin Forerunner 210 for Christmas and a new pair of New Balance 1290s that I have enjoyed using twice.  Hoping to get a 3 milerun in over lunch today.

Great to see you guys dong well.  Keep it up.

So just about one week into the 6 week challenge and so far so good.  Still have a perfect score.  Dropped 2 lbs so far as well.

More importantly, my knees feel great.  I do think the inactivity was not good for them at all.  Even did squats yesterday with no ill effects

Looks like it is maintenance time, I can handle this weight now I think

Looks like everyone else is still sticking with it, I just hope to keep this off or atleast most of it. Lifestyle changes can be good things.

Lost 6.5 pounds last week due to illness.  Was able to do light benchpress Saturday and got in 3 miles yesterday.  Just felt good to be moving the right direction again.

Officially begin training for the Big D 1/2 marathon today.  The plan calls for a..rest day (I did run 5 miles yesterday).  Nice.  Went ahead and knocked out ARX this am.

Lost about 6.3 pounds two weeks ago.  Only gained .2 back last week.  Going to have to find a protien shake I will use consistently I guess as I am assuming I will drop at least 5 pound training for the 1/2.

Hope everyone's 2013 is starting off well.

Well, that isn't surprising to me as my Bday was Sunday and between fri-sun I ate more than my weekly allotment of points and bonus points  Time to get back on the horse again and start maintaining. Aslong as I can stay between 200-210 I will be very happy, just so so happy to get below 200.
