Brentastic
Curious on peoples thoughts on who the top 5-10 picks should be in a rookie draft (non-IDP). Let's also assume that starting requirements for said Dynasty league are: 9 starters comprised of: 1 QB 1-3 RB 2-4 WR 1-3 TE 1 PK 1 DST

tazinib1
Its very early and some names will drop off and others will shoot up the draft board come the combine, but here is my top 5 at each position as of today: QB: Andrew Luck RGIII Landry Jones Ryan Tannehill Nick Foles RB: Trent Richardson Lamar Miller David Wilson Chris Polk Doug Martin *** I have LaMichael James at #8 but he'll surely crack the top 5 during the combine WR: Justin Blackmon Michael Floyd (my target in all rookie drafts in 2012) Kendall Wright Mohamed Senu Alshon Jeffery **Honorable mention: Rueben Randall TE: A pretty weak TE class but here are 5 that might pan out Dwayne Allen (probably the only TE that MIGHT warrant a 1st round pick) Coby Fleener Orson Charles I had to stop there....no others even warrant a 2nd round pick. Sturphy
Now official: Ball is staying at UW So is Landry Jones: http://espn.go.com/college-football/story/...n-senior-season
godtomsatan
So is Landry Jones: http://espn.go.com/college-football/story/...n-senior-season Smart decision on his part. Anyone having him 3rd on their list was very generous, IMO. There's a big drop after RB3, who is likely gone by the 4th pick (Cleveland), and I don't see the Redskins @ #6, the Dolphins @ #9, the Chiefs @ #11, or the Seahawks @ #12 spending a pick that high on Tannehill, who didn't have the elite senior season many expected. If a team falls in love with his size/speed combo at the combine, a la Jake Locker last year, he could go to one of these, but I'd expect him more to be the 2nd Round choice of one of the above. Nick Foles could be in that conversation in the 2nd Round as well.
