Chief Dick
For the Chiefs, we obviously need a coach. My gut tells me it's going to be Crennel, but I wouldn't be shocked that there's a dark horse out there. I've had this weird feeling that Mangini may be a candidate here, but I can't put anything else on it. At the end of the day, Pioli goes with someone he knows, because if this coach doesn't produce success, it's his last hire as Chiefs GM. And he's going to hitch his wagon to a safe route. As far as offensive coordinator, I could see McDaniels coming in. Not happy about it at all. In the draft, I want to see them draft: O-line ( the more the merrier) QB (have to get someone in the pipeline) Pass rushing D-end or linebacker RB (need depth here for Charles) DT (could always use good fat guys on the line) For free agents, the Chiefs HAVE to re-sign Brandon Carr. Bowe (I think) may get tagged. I could also see the Chiefs walking away from Bowe. This teams need O-line help bad. I don't see them signing Orton. But we have to get a viable backup QB. I'll add more as I think of it. What say you for your team?
tazinib1
I don't have a homer team anymore. For the record, I dug up my old Rams helmet ala 50's era. I'll be rooting for the Rams again in 2012. Since I havn't followed them closely enough over the years, I'll need to dive into the Rams and figure out what the hell the problem is. Cause, ya know, those NFL guys listen to geeks like us. rajncajn
Saints need to find a pass rush, but not at the expense the run defense. A DE to take the torch from Will Smith would be ideal, but either OLB would be nice as well. I'm hoping Martez Wilson will be that OLB. I'd also like to see the Saints draft some depth at safety, TE & especially OL.
alexgaddis
Vikings needs... QB, RB, WR, TE, OL, DL, LB, DB, S, Head Coach... no seriously though, OL and DB are a must...and I don't know who is going to run the ball until both RB's ACL's heal... Seahawk
Draft a QB. They might not draft one but I would like them to at least find a good candidate to challenge Tarvaris Jackson for his job if he even here next year. Put a Franchise tag on Faulk. CaptainHook
QB, WR, DB Andrew Luck will take care of #1. Reggie Wayne, Pierre Garcon, and Anthony Gonzalez are all unrestricted free agents. Despite Antoine Bethea, everyone in the secondary sucks. Or can't stay healthy (Powers, Bullitt).
Seahawk
QB, WR, DB Andrew Luck will take care of #1. What if they traded there top pick for say whatever the going payout is. Because Manning passed all health requirements. Would you be mad that you didn't get Luck or would you be happy that Manning is back. rajncajn
TE???? Can you name another TE on the Saints roster? Some depth/insurance would definitely help.

Timmypg
The Giants need OL & LB help the most. Some DB's wouldn't hurt either.
Cowboyz1
Corners DE Thumper Linebacker Thumper RB I love the fact we can take this entire draft and go Defense. I hate the fact JJ will be the one doing it.

Seahawks21
Seahawks QB. QB. QB. Trade the farm if you have to. The rest of the team is ready to win NOW. Windows don't last long. Clock is ticking. Find a way to keep Tom Cable. I could bore you all for many sentences about what he did for this team this year, it was that ridiculous. Re-sign Lynch. I am firmly against paying RB's in a business sense, but they have no choice. Re-sign Red Bryant. Should have been a pro-bowler. Dominated a few games and is only getting better. Re-sign Brandon Browner. He's as close to a legit shutdown CB as we're going to get anytime soon. Re-sign David Hawthorne. "The Heater" is one of the best tacke-to-tackle MLBs in the game. Gotta keep him around. As far as the draft/free agency QB. Take two of them. One as trade/FA/#1 pick and another late. Playmaking LB. The Seattle D is huge physically, but no LB's fly onto the screen and make freak plays. The current LB's are very solid, but to take that next step you need playmakers. 3rd-down pass-rusher. Raheem Brock showed his age this season. Nobody could rush the passer consistently besides Clemons. Need some fresh juice off the other end. The Hawks can still use a legit downfield receiver with speed, but I don't know how they come up with a way to get that done. They might be okay the way they are if Golden Tate progresses. They could use another RB, as Forsett doesn't bring much. They need better depth at LB. Other than QB, and maybe LB, they're finally in a position to take the best player available with a handful of their picks, which is always nice. Carroll and Schneider have really built a foundation at least a year earlier than expected. Still, none of it means anything without that QB. half_hennessy
For the Bears in no real order cause we need a heap Backup QB, RB (if forte is gone), WR, TE, LT, RG, MLB (Urlacher needs to be replaced at some point), CB, S DE could also use some help aswell as general depth at the LB position and possibly DT aswell. The O'line is terrible but there is some pieces there that could be worked with. I amnot sure at this point what our biggest need is but if some how Blackmon fell to the Bears and they didn't draft him i would pretty much give up watching football it won't happen though so I should be safe. Wizards
PANTHERS: Need to keep Rob Chudzinski if thats possible to continue to develop Cam Newton. On top of that: Needs (in order): CB, DT, OLB, OL, WR, FS. LSU's CB, Clairborne (watch in National Championship) might be what the Doc orders here......he's 6' 0" 185 (needs to bulk up a little)...help this defense out to have a corner hes make big plays and stays in position....plays man coverage real well... Getting a few defensive pieces to help the "D" and getting Beason back---this could be the year the Panthers go to the playoffs and possibly go deep into them!! So, unless a guy like RGIII or similar uber-talent falls to the Chiefs (which probably won't happen), we should take an offensive tackle (again) in the first round.
