I counted pizza (kind of boderline on that it can vary) but not chinese.  Yeah often high salt but otherwise generally pretty healthy and "real food."  The cheapie "fast food Chinese" places are more borderline.  I get (legit) Chinese about once a week generally.

Less than once a month if at home - more if I am traveling.  Road trips call for Mickey Ds breakfast sandwiches.
