Atlanta Cracker
My wife went to get babybacks for New Year's Day and ended up getting Beef Ribs instead. They look beautiful but I needed pork for New Years. Anyway, we froze the beef ones and I am thinking I may cook them on the egg next weekend. Any ideas? detlef
Honestly, just do the same thing you'd do with pork. Brine or rub or marinate and then cook nice and slow with a good amount of smoke. They turn out great.

polksalet
I boil them for 15-20 minutes before they hit the grill. This gets a lot of the fat out of them and also does a good job of making them tender.
Kris N
rub or marinade, oven to 250 for 2-3 hours in a covered roasting pan, then hit the grill for the char and sauce. perfect. i usually go with garlic powder, onion powder, smoke paprika, chili powder, brown sugar and either sea salt or season salt in my rub. anyone have other homemade rub mixtures to try?
