Bier Meister
top chef: though it is starting to lose me next iron chef: still intrigues me good eats: only chef i still learn something from next food network star generally speaking, i like shows that highlight travel and food... so no reservation, layover, diners dives, and drivethroughs, used to like $40 a day with rachael ray (though don't like rachael ray) interested to see how the next food network star turns out.... his concept of "sandwich king" is right up my alley-> love innovative sammiches
HowboutthemCowboys
Triple D Next Food Network Star Good Eats Giada but only if she's whisking something
rajncajn
Triple D & No Reservations are great as well, I just didn't classify them as an actual cooking show. Giada is good & I always like what she makes, I just always get a pretentious vibe from her.

untateve
Top Chef was once my favorite show in all of television but this past season I thought the challenges were stupid. Good Eats Chopped The Next Iron Chef
Hugh B Tool
Secrets of a Restaurant Chef - This gal can cook and should've won Next Iron Chef. Learn something all the time from this show. Triple D- Love this show for the simple fact it proves good chefs come in all shapes and sizes and can get that way without formal training and a major kitchen to perform in. Chopped - Don't really like any of the judges, but am fascinated by how hard it is to win on this show. F'n tough. Grillin' with Bobby Flay - Love his food and style as a whole. Top 5 Chef on TV. Learn about great sides and sauces to go with the grilled food almost every episode. No Reservations - Anthony just doesn't care that other people know he is a hot mess. He finds places off the beaten path and that is what I always look for when travelling. Was told by a mentor once "always seek out the places the locals haunt". Advice I never leave home without

Advice I never leave home without I agree with almost everything you said here. Anne Burrell is a strange chick, but she can definitely cook and her recipes are very good. I am a big fan of Bobby Flay, although I don't like peppers nearly as much as he does and although I can't stand the judges on Chopped, it's really interesting to see what they can come up with considering that really random and odd combination of ingredients they are often stuck with. Triple D always makes me hungry and I have checked the list of restaurants he has gone to many times just in case I am going to be in that city. I am not a fan of Anthony Bourdain, though. I think he is an CHEETO and don't like his show much because of it.
