I clicked the link tab but when it posted it posted like this  [media]http://youtu.be/R3ocRRRsj1E[/media] How do I post it where it is a clickable link where I can edit the title like under the old format ?

Type in what you want the link to look like, highlight it by dragging over the whole text, then click on the link icon to insert the url.

Or just simply type the URL and it will automaticially create the hyperlink.  Like www.thehuddle.com.

If you do that with a youtube link, it will automatically add <media> tags around it and it can't be removed without putting in a substitute text.
