Tford
List summarized below. I've highlighted the ones I think have fantasy implications (good or bad) in bold. ARI: Justin Bethel from CB to S BAL: Courtney Upshaw from LB to DE BAL: Ryan McBean from DT to DE BAL: Deangelo Tyson from DE to DT BAL: Paul Kruger from DE to LB BAL: Corey Graham from CB to S BUF: Mario Williams from LB to DE BUF: Chris Kelsay from LB to DE BUF: Shawne Merriman from LB to DE BUF: Marcell Dareus from DE to DT BUF: Dwan Edwards from DE to DT CAR: Antwan Applewhite from LB to DE CIN: Brandon Thompson from DE to DT DEN: Malik Jackson from DT to DE DEN: Ty Warren from DE to DT GB : Jerel Worthy from DT to DE GB : Nick Perry from DE to LB GB : Jarrett Bush from S to CB HOU: Whitney Mercilus from DE to LB IND: Drake Nevis from DT to DE IND: Fili Moala from DT to DE IND: Robert Mathis from DE to LB IND: Jerry Hughes from DE to LB IND: Mario Addison from DE to LB KC : DeQuan Menzie from CB to S MIA: Cameron Wake from LB to DE MIA: Randy Starks from DE to DT MIA: Tony McDaniel from DE to DT MIA: Jimmy Wilson from CB to S MIN: Trevor Guyton from DE to DT MIN: Robert Blanton from CB to S NE : Gerard Warren from DE to DT NE : Sterling Moore from S to CB NE : Nate Ebner from CB to S NO : Akiem Hicks from DE to DT NYG: Chad Jones from S to LB NYJ: Ricky Sapp from DE to LB NYJ: Antonio Allen from CB to S OAK: Desmond Bryant from DT to DE OAK: Christo Bilukidi from DE to DT PIT: Al Woods from DT to DE SD : Kendall Reyes from DT to DE SD : Melvin Ingram from DE to LB SEA: Jason Jones from DE to DT SEA: Dexter Davis from DE to LB SEA: Guy Winston from CB to S SEA: Bruce Irvin from LB to DE STL: Trumaine Johnson from CB to S STL: Kendall Langford from DE to DT TB : Keith Tandy from CB to S TB : Daniel Te'o-Nesheim from DT to DE TEN: Tommie Campbell from CB to S TEN: Kamerion Wimbley from LB to DE WAS: Jordan Bernstine from CB to S WAS: Chase Minnifield from CB to S A lot of these were expected to be honest but it's good to see some DE value being generated by these position changes. For the rookies: Courtney Upshaw getting the T Suggs treatment was nice to see. His rookie value got a nice bump. Same with Bruce Irvin although that was more expected. Ingram, Mercilus and Perry were all expected to get tagged as LBs, no surprises there. Chandler Jones and Shea McClellin both stay at DE despite early reports that both may be asked to stand up at certain points. I expect both to remain DEs. For the vets: Wake and Wimbley ending up as 4-3 ends was expected although Miami seems hesitant to commit fully to the 4-3. There is some uncertainty as to how that would be addressed. Sounds like Rotoworld is buying the 4-3 story. Same deal in Buffalo which sees three LBs go to DE (Mario Williams, Chris Kelsay and Shawne Merriman) and two five-technique ends go to tackles (Marcell Dareus and Dwan Edwards). Robert Mathis' value takes a huge hit with his move to 3-4 OLB; one we saw coming but surprisingly enough, Dwight Freeney stays at DE. I don't understand why Freeney wasn't moved and Hughes/Mathis were. Perhaps Rotoworld thinks that Freeney is getting traded. Long story short, if you think that Freeney stays a Colt, now might be the time to trade him. If you think he gets moved, maybe try to sell the position move angle to get a cheaper price.
T_bone65
I drafted Upshaw a little earlier then I normally would of in DW on the hope of this position change. Bu then again I also drafted Ingram but 1 round later at least.
Zooty
Courtney Upshaw from LB to DE interesting SEA: Jason Jones from DE to DT- might be nice in DT required leagues my take on Freeney is they probably expect him to be traded or play the same role as Suggs did in Pagano's defense (same coach and all)
Bronco Billy
Just a friendly reminder that there will be one more change period at mfl.com before the regular season starts, and that will be based predominantly upon percentage of snaps taken at a position through TC and the PS. keggerz
More changes: http://www.myfantasy...tamp=1345156697 DEN: Derek Wolfe from DT to DE I knew that Denver said they would move Wolfe around and he would play SOME DE, which was why I liked him as a DT target...really needed help at DT too, now I end up with a DE that I don't think will be all that productive for that position
