Just watching the coverage online. They have Tiger (-1), Phil (+7) and Bubba (+8) in the same group.
Obviously some jackass network empty suit who doesn't understand golf came up with this idea. Phil looks like he wants to run into the ocean.

At least you don't have to listen to Chris Freak'n Burman commentating. The 17yr old amateur is tearing it up and in the lead.

Watched his interview after he was done and he seems like a kid with his head on straight. He mentioned all he wanted to do was finish high amateur. I think that is a realistic goal as the only other amateur to make the cut is the kid from UCLA? who is 5 shots back I believe.
But Tiger looks like he has his old swagger back. He's gonna be tough to beat if he hits his driver like he did today.

Hopefully Furyk and some of the others keep things interesting. If Tiger still has a share of the lead after today, I can't see him losing.
