i hope she drops the charges against her son for my dynasty team's sake.

I'm absolutely certain that this will be a crucial part of the decision making process for his mother, the police, and the DA's office; and will result in Bryant's total and complete exoneration.

The problem is, and correct me if I am wrong, in a domestic abuse and family violence case in TX, the state automatically presses their own charges.  Of course, without his mom as their witness, the state's case won't stick, but still might not be out of the woods, yet.

According to an item in the Huddle Player News Dez's mom will not press charges. But I agree with you regarding the legal aspect, and besides that Goodell has shown he doesn't need charges or a guilty verdict to hand out a suspension.

   even if goodell ends up slapping dez with 1 game, i can live with that over the multiple game suspension that it looked like in the beginning of the ordeal.  now i gotta hope lynch gets 6 games or less....yes, i have the san quentin all stars on my team   haha
