I am unable to find old topic threads in the Twelve Men in the Huddle forum. I am setting the parameters to "all topics" but none of the topics before the board change are appearing, including the pinned league rules. What am I doing wrong?

No idea. There were some unused league forums deleted following the conversion to the new forum version, but we never prune topics from league forums. My only guess is that they didn't make it through the conversion. Sorry about that. So far this is the only case I've seen of this happening.
