Kris N Posted August 19, 2012 Share Posted August 19, 2012 My PPR keeper league drafts tomorrow and best available WR are Fitz, Roddy and Welker. Does the terrible QB situation and now even worse O line (LT Brown injured) put Fitz behind Roddy or Welker?? I like to go consistent/safer with my first pick and take risks with later rounds. Bronco Billy Posted August 19, 2012 Share Posted August 19, 2012 I think Lloyd affects Welker significantly and has by all accounts been lighting up NE TC & PS. Jones' growth should by intuition affect White, but ATL appears to be willing to throw more, so it would appear that White will get his. I think Fitz' greatest impact will be who wins the AZ QB battle. Skelton seems willing and able to feed Fitz the ball regularly, and Kolb not so much. Kolb has had a terrible PS so far and seems to have been outplayed by Skelton. If Kolb wins the starting spot, that would indicate an irrational stubborness on the AZ coaching staff/management to not being able to admit they made a mistake - especially after the team's performance last year when Skelton took over. If they are still that stubborn, I wouldn't want to trust them to suddenly get enlightenment too early in this coming season, and so I would downgrade Fits below White but still above Welker if Kolb were indeed named the Week 1 starter.
